Refunds are only applied if the item(s) you ordered are incorrect or not fit for purpose. To apply for a refund please enquire with a member of staff in store, call us on 01481 242260, or email therollbargsy@gmail.com. If your refund is agreed it will be refunded to your card which may take a few days depending on your card issuer's processes. Cancellations: because we provide food made to order, an order can only be cancelled if it has not already been prepared. If you have selected "ASAP" as a time slot your order will be prepared immediately so likely cannot be cancelled, however, please call us on 01481 242260 and if we have not started your order it can be cancelled and you can receive a full refund.
Legally age restricted products are not available for sale on our online ordering service. Voluntarily age restricted products such as energy drinks: we reserve the right to refuse sale and offer a refund or alternative should we believe you are under 18 when you collect your order.
